Refund policy

Digital products (instant downloads)
Our digital journals are delivered immediately after purchase via download link and/or email.
Because access is granted instantly, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for digital products once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

EU/UK right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
By purchasing a digital download, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once the download or streaming begins (Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16(m)). If you have any issue accessing your file, contact us and we will ensure you receive it correctly.

Order issues
If you experience a broken link, file error, or receive the wrong file, please email hello@journalsbysimone.com with your order number. We will fix the issue and re-provide access.

Print products (Print on Demand)
Printed journals are produced on demand and shipped via our print partner Lulu Direct. As each copy is printed individually upon order, returns and refunds for print products are not possible unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If your print order arrives with a defect, please contact us at hello@journalsbysimone.com within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
