What are the four phases of the Emotional Clarity Journey?
The four phases are Notice, Name, Regulate and Decide. Notice means describing what is there without explaining it. Name means putting words to a feeling that has lived without language. Regulate means building the rhythm that makes clarity hold. Decide is optional, and comes last.
Which phase am I in right now?
If the feeling is still overwhelming and hard to describe, you are in Notice. If you can describe it but not carry it steadily, you are in Name or Regulate. If the feeling is clear and the question is what to do about it, you are in Decide. Most people move back and forth.
Do I have to follow the phases in order?
No. The phases describe how emotional processing tends to unfold, not a sequence you owe anyone. You can begin wherever it feels right, repeat a phase, or stop before Decide. Not every emotional process needs a decision at the end of it.
