30-day money-back guarantee
If a journal, the Calendar, the eBook or Stress Balance does not help you, write to hello@journalsbysimone.com within 30 days of your purchase with your order number. You get the full price back, no questions asked. The guarantee applies once per person and product.

Digital products
Your files arrive instantly by email. Under EU consumer law you consent to immediate delivery, and the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download begins (Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16 m). Our 30-day guarantee applies regardless of this.

Stress Balance (Austria only)
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to sealed bottles. Opened bottles are covered by the 30-day guarantee above. Delivery within Austria usually takes one to three business days.

Print editions
Currently sold out. If you hold a printed copy with a defect, contact us within 14 days of receipt with a photo and we replace or refund it.
